Living services

Housing: rental search, lease review, utilities

A lease you understand, utilities in your name, before you have a key.

Shortlists in your budget, the lease read before you sign it, and the contracts opened in your name.

For anyone renting here for the first time, and for D7 and student files that need a twelve-month lease.

Who this is for

What we take on

Three jobs that belong together: finding the place, making it official, and turning it into address evidence your applications accept.

Rental search: shortlists in your budget, in the areas you are considering
Lease review: the contract read and explained before you sign it
Utilities: electricity, water and internet contracts opened in your name
Address registration and hosting declarations: the evidence AIMA, the banks and the tax office accept

Our preparation

Address registration and hosting declarations

The most common cause of a rejected file is address evidence in the wrong form, not a missing address. We establish which form your situation needs, a registered lease, a property deed, or a certified hosting declaration if you are staying with family or friends, then prepare and certify it so it is accepted first time. An informal letter from your host is usually refused. If a document of yours has already been rejected, bring the refusal to the call and we will tell you whether it can be corrected or has to be replaced.

Which forms of address evidence your authority accepts varies, and we confirm the ones that apply to your case during the assessment.
