D2 entrepreneur visa.A business plan written to pass, by our team in Lisbon.
D2 files are refused more often than D7 or D8, and most refusals come from a vague or unrealistic business plan. Our Lisbon team writes the plan with you, registers the company and opens your NIF and bank account, and licensed lawyers review the file before it goes to the consulate.

Who this is for
A real business, and the means to live while it starts
Portugal sets no minimum investment for the D2. The capital has to match the plan: a few thousand euros can carry a consultancy, a restaurant needs far more. We size it with you before the plan is written.
Timeline
The capital and income review, the business plan, company registration, file assembly and consulate submission.
Consulate and AIMA decision times vary by route and season. We tell you the current expectation for your route before you commit.
What you need to have
The confirmed list comes with your quote. Anything marked for confirmation is checked against current rules for your nationality before you commit.
What counts: The photo page. The passport must stay valid for the whole period you apply for.
Examples and a good scan
The photo page only, in colour, all four edges visible, flat, no glare or shadow, the two lines of letters and numbers at the bottom fully readable. A phone photo is fine if taken from directly above in daylight.
What counts: Your current CV, ideally in English and as a PDF.
What counts: Nothing to upload: we write the plan with you. If you already have notes, figures or a draft, upload them here.
What counts: Nothing to upload yet: we register the company under your power of attorney. If it already exists, upload its commercial registry certificate (certidão permanente).
What counts: Bank statements showing the capital for the business and twelve months of means of subsistence, from savings, investors or financing.
What counts: The certificate with its apostille or consular legalisation, every page.
Examples and a good scan
Example: the police or court record certificate from your country, with the apostille or the consulate's legalisation on it or attached. Scan every page, including any page with only a stamp.
What counts: Nothing to upload: we obtain these for you. If you already have them, upload what shows the numbers.
What counts: Your lease, booking or invitation letter, and your health insurance certificate, together in one PDF.
