What we could not verify, and who can

  • Whether your welding certificates are accepted for shipyard work without a Portuguese re-test.Who can: IEFP, or the yard’s quality manager. The drafts to targets 4, 8 and 9 ask the question.
  • Which of the eleven Unknown employers have signed a contract with someone abroad before.Who can: Their HR teams. Each draft email asks it directly, so the answer arrives with the reply.
  • Current processing time for D1 files at your consulate.Who can: The consulate. We give you the published figure and the question to ask.
  • Whether the residence requirement in the target 20 posting is company policy or one site’s preference.Who can: Only the company. That is why it is a negative signal, not a zero.

Method

Each score is the sum of five parts: abroad-hiring evidence (30), role fit (30), hiring activity (15), language (10) and scale with Via Verde eligibility (15). Activity and scale are computed from posting dates and the public company register. The other three are a judgment made by a person, on the date shown, next to the evidence.

The status says what kind of evidence sits behind the first criterion: Confirmed, Inferred, Unknown or Negative signal. A Channel is a route to several employers, such as a community business network or a staffing agency, and is scored as one. Postings were re-checked when this report was generated on 25 September 2026; anything older than 90 days is marked in its evidence line.
